Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we have a clear and fair Return and Refund Policy. Please take a few minutes to read through the policy before placing an order.

MODIFICATIONS TO ORDERS:

If you need to modify an order, please email us at [email protected]. You can cancel your order at no cost within 24 hours of placing it. If it’s been more than 24 hours, please follow the instructions below to initiate a return.

RETURNS:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt).

To start the return process, email us at [email protected]. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send the item. Please note that we won’t accept returns without prior approval.

Acceptable reasons for returns include:

  • Incorrect size
  • Wrong product
  • Defective item
  • Unneeded merchandise
  • Fell short of expectations
  • Other

STEPS FOR PRODUCT RETURNS:

  1. Email us at [email protected] to initiate a return and provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We’ll review your request and send you a return shipping label and further instructions if your return is approved.
  3. Follow the instructions and mail your package to the specified address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  5. If your return is approved, we’ll process the refund and credit your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Please note that you’re responsible for shipping fees unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

RESTOCKING FEES:

We don’t charge any restocking fees.

DELAYS OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account and credit card statement. If you still don’t see the refund, please contact us at [email protected].

PACKAGES THAT ARE REFUSED:

If a package is refused or not collected due to reasons attributable to the customer, we won’t issue any refunds.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

We’re sorry if you received a damaged product. Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with a clear picture and description of the damage. We’ll review the case and issue a refund or replacement accordingly. Please note that items with signs of use aren’t eligible for a refund.

WRONG ITEMS RECEIVED:

If you receive the wrong item, please return it to us for a full refund, including the cost of return shipping if the mistake was ours.

PACKAGES GONE MISSING:

Lost packages are rare, but if your order is delayed for more than 60 business days, we’ll issue a full refund.
