Handling Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will aim to keep you informed via email.

Shipping Time and Information

nixdo.com offers FREE Standard Shipping on all orders. We use the fulfilment points in the United States of America and PRC to guarantee the shortest delivery time. The estimated delivery time is 5-17 days.

We always send the order from the nearest warehouse, but if the items ordered are currently out of stock in the United States of America warehouse, we will deliver them from our warehouse in PRC directly with Yun Express post service. Then the estimated delivery time is 9-21 days.

Kindly note that delivery might take a little longer during the high season, public holidays and busy sale periods. Delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

We will send you a shipping confirmation email once you place your order with us. If you notice in your shipping confirmation email that there was a mistake in your order, please contact us immediately to remedy the situation. 

As soon as your delivery is dispatched, you will receive a second email containing tracking information, so that you can track your order right to your doorstep. Please note, that it can take up to 48 hours before the tracking information is updated and available.

Please don’t forget to check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder just in case the email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If you have checked these folders and it is still missing, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Please note, nixdo.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). nixdo.com does not compensate for these additional charges.

Lost Packages

If your order tracking shows your order was delivered, but you didn’t receive it, please check around your home or business to make sure the package isn’t hidden from view. If you still need help after a thorough check around your property, please contact our Customer Support for assistance.

We draw your attention to the fact that missing order is an extremely rare situation in our company. We had just a couple of cases of lost orders for all years of our successful store operation.

We must allow a fair and reasonable amount of time for the goods to be delivered before the parcel is determined as lost (this will vary depending on the carrier and the destination). Order delayed for 60 days is considered lost. In these rare cases, we will place a replacement order or issue a refund as the situation demands. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further instructions on how to report this case and get a refund.

Please note that refused packages — and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient (e.g. mistyped address) — are not refunded.
